Kevin G. Hunter represents companies, organizations, and individuals in all areas of corporate, real property, and finance transactions and general contract matters. He works with clients at every stage of the business cycle, from entity formation and early stage financing, to day-to-day advice on business and contractual matters, to negotiating mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures. He also represents clients in connection with real property acquisitions, dispositions and leasing matters.

Kevin has represented multinational, US, and regional companies in industries such as manufacturing and distribution, financial services, real estate, retail and hospitality, business to business services, and renewable energy. He also represents Native American tribes and tribal enterprises and non-profit organizations.  He has served in an outside general counsel role for several Arizona-based companies, advising on issues such as ownership and organization structure, service and supplier contracts, employment arrangements, and corporation and limited liability company governance matters.
